About the role
We are seeking an accomplished AI Practice Head to build, lead, and scale our Enterprise AI practice. This leadership role combines strategy, consulting, solutioning, customer engagement, and delivery ownership to drive AI-led transformation across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI leader with proven experience in building AI capabilities, delivering production-grade AI solutions, and driving business growth through Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. Key Responsibilities AI Practice Leadership - Build and scale the Enterprise AI Practice. - Define AI service offerings, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets. - Establish delivery standards, governance models, and best practices. - Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing AI teams. Customer Consulting & Solutioning - Engage with enterprise customers to define AI strategies and transformation roadmaps. - Lead AI solution architecture, proposal development, and pre-sales engagements. - Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). - Demonstrate measurable business value and ROI from AI initiatives. Delivery Ownership - Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI programs. - Ensure production-scale deployment, reliability, performance, and governance. - Drive quality, execution excellence, and successful customer outcomes. Enterprise AI Architecture - Design and implement LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI systems. - Build AI Copilots, Enterprise Knowledge Assistants, Workflow Automation Solutions, and Intelligent Search Platforms. - Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and ITSM systems. - Drive AI observability, scalability, security, and cost optimization initiatives. Internal AI Transformation - Lead AI adoption across business functions. - Build AI-powered automation and productivity solutions. Required Experience Must Have - 20-25 years of overall experience in technology leadership. - Proven experience building or scaling AI/GenAI practices. - Robust background in enterprise consulting, architecture, and large-scale delivery. - Extensive customer-facing and stakeholder management experience. - Experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation organizations.
