Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (Finance & Trade) Location: any Protiviti office Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Hybrid Shift Timing: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM Joining: Immediate to 15days Experience: 5+years Job Description We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and support business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Central Finance and Trade modules , stakeholder management, and project leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects. Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Configure and support Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management modules. Provide expertise in Service Management processes (preferred). Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and user training programs. Lead project teams and ensure successful project delivery within timelines. Work on bi-directional integrations with external systems. Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting needs. Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
