Key Responsibilities Lead projects for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, and delivery teams to define technical solutions. Design data models, integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware), and security frameworks compliant with BFSI and manufacturing industry standards. Guide development teams during build and deployment phases; conduct design/code reviews and performance tuning. Required Skills & Experience: Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementations. Strong experience designing solutions for BFSI clients (e.g., lending, insurance, capital markets) and Manufacturing organizations (e.g., sales ops, dealer networks, service operations). Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Process Builder, and Experience Builder. Integration experience with ERP, core banking, insurance systems, and manufacturing execution systems (MES) using Mulesoft or similar middleware. Platform Developer and Salesforce Administrator certifications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with onsite-offshore delivery models. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado) and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) a plus. Exposure to Data Migration tools and techniques (Dataloader, ETL tools). Experience working with Indian enterprise clients across Tier-1 cities and regulatory environments. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex engagements. Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills. .
