Sr Business Central Functional Consultant (Delhi)

Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 913 years Shift timings:1pm - 11pm Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 69 years of proven expertise in Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge across these modules, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering end-to-end implementations. Knowledge of Service Management will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage end-to-end Business Central implementations, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications. - Configure and support modules across Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management. - Provide expertise in Service Management processes (preferred). - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Ability to lead the project team and ensure successful completion of project. - Having an experience working on bi-directional integration requirements. - Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, customization, and reporting. - Deliver post-implementation support and continuous process improvements. Required Skills & Experience - 913 years of hands-on experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant. - Robust knowledge of Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management modules. - Should be well-versed with latest functionalities in BC. - Exposure to Service Management processes is a plus. - Proven track record in end-to-end implementations across industries. - Excellent spoken English and strong client-facing communication skills. - Excellent documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Should have a knowledge about DevOps to track and run the project. - Flexibility to travel for client engagements.
