As a ServiceNow lead developer at Providence, you will partner with the ServiceNow business analyst and development team to transform requirements into viable solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow Product suites, specifically in developing and designing solutions in Service Operations Workspace, Employee Center (EC) Pro, ITSM, Service Request fulfillments, Mobile Solutions, and Service Portfolio Management (SPM). - Analyzing business problems to design and document solutions up front with technical and creative teams. - Providing recommendations during requirements sessions to streamline and optimize processes and align with the overall framework. - Preparing technical documentation for requirements, including form layout, fields, and workflows. - Determining the best technical solution in partnership with the ServiceNow business analyst and development team to address the requirements. - Performing testing in pre-Prod environments to ensure the documented requirements are met, defining test cases and acceptance criteria. - Assisting with the development and delivery of end user training. - Handling support and enhancement requests of respective modules' work. - Performing code reviews and ensuring standard practices are followed. - Understanding corporate strategic plans and fundamental business activities of Providence. Skills required for this role include: - Experience with development and implementation of Service Operations Workspace to enhance operational efficiency and agent productivity. - Expertise in configuring and customizing EC Pro to deliver a unified, user-friendly employee experience portal. - Knowledge of integrating EC Pro with HR, IT, and other enterprise services for seamless cross-functional experiences. - Extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing ServiceNow Service Catalogs to deliver user-friendly, automated service request processes. - Experience in leveraging ServiceNow Mobile Studio to create intuitive, user-friendly mobile experiences for employees and agents. - Expertise in configuring and managing Idea, Demand, Project, Timecard management to align IT services with business objectives. - Knowledge of Orchestration for automating IT processes and integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. - Good hands-on scripting, ACLs, business rules, portal development. - Quick thinker, technical consultant with great coding skills. - Effective prioritization, negotiation skills, and high energy. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills at all levels in the organization. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of agile methodology and ITIL is a must.
