Job Title: Physical Verification - Lead/Manager - 15-16 Yrs Location: Bangalore No. Of positions: 1 Experience required: 15+ Years Lead end-to-end Physical Verification (PHY-V) closure for complex SoCs and IPs, including DRC, LVS, ERC, ANTENNA, ESD, PERC, and reliability signoff. Drive signoff execution at advanced technology nodes and resolve critical verification issues in collaboration with Physical Design, Floorplanning, CAD, and Foundry teams. Perform root-cause analysis and debug complex signoff violations, ensuring timely tapeout readiness and high-quality design delivery. Develop and enhance PHY-V methodologies, automation, and verification flows to improve productivity and closure efficiency. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, driving best practices and review mechanisms across projects. Strong hands-on expertise with industry-standard signoff tools (Calibre/ICV/Pegasus), scripting (TCL/Python/Perl), and multiple successful tapeout experiences at advanced nodes.
