Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Program & Client Solutions Leader to own the technology-to-client interface across Prozo's product ecosystem. The role requires driving client onboarding, technical solutioning, enterprise integrations, program management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution while working closely with Engineering, Product, Operations and Sales teams. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to building and leading the Technical Program Management function. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end technical program management for enterprise clients. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for Engineering teams. Lead enterprise client onboarding, implementation, and platform integrations. Manage API, ERP, WMS, OMS and third-party system integrations. Act as the primary escalation point for critical client and technology issues. Partner with Sales/CRO teams on technical solutioning and product demonstrations. Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Operations and Customer Success teams for successful deliveries. Own project governance, delivery timelines, risk management and stakeholder communication. Drive compliance, audit readiness and information security initiatives. Build scalable processes, SOPs, dashboards and tracking mechanisms. Hire, mentor and develop the Technical Program Management team as the function grows. Required Skills Technical Program Management Enterprise SaaS Implementation Client Onboarding & Solution Delivery API Integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks) ERP & WMS Integrations Product Implementation Technical Solutioning Stakeholder Management Program Delivery Escalation Management Data Analysis & Troubleshooting Cross-functional Leadership Agile / Scrum Supply Chain Technology (Preferred) Desired Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field. MBA preferred. Strong experience in Technical Program Management, Product Implementation, Solution Engineering or Enterprise Software Delivery. Experience working with enterprise SaaS products. Exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, E-commerce or 3PL technology will be preferred. Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and enterprise applications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects. Why Join Prozo?
