OneKiraana aims to empower local retailers with private labels, logistics infrastructure, and intelligent technology solutions, ultimately becoming the operating system for every kirana store in India. Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the architecture and development of web platforms using Next.js and driving the development of React Native mobile applications. Your role will involve establishing frontend engineering standards, mentoring developers, and contributing to building a high-performing frontend team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture and development of existing Next.js web platforms. - Drive the end-to-end development of React Native mobile applications. - Establish frontend engineering standards, best practices, and scalable design systems. - Mentor developers and contribute to building a high-performing frontend team. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js. - Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and TailwindCSS. - Experience with Redux, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), and responsive design principles. - Hands-on experience with React Native and successful deployment on app stores. - Familiarity with REST API integration, authentication systems, CI/CD implementation, and testing frameworks. - Understanding of MERN Stack architecture and Git version control.
