UI/UX Designer

As a highly experienced UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications (iOS & Android). Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the UI/UX design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas. - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant, intuitive designs. - Developing visually appealing designs using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, After Effects, and other prototyping tools. - Applying HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for rapid prototyping and staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. - Leading design reviews, providing feedback, and mentoring junior designers to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. - Managing multiple design projects simultaneously within Agile/Scrum development processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design for web and mobile applications. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design capabilities, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design. - Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, After Effects, and other visual design tools. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for rapid prototyping. - Strong knowledge of web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android) and experience in startups or fast-paced environments. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Hands-on experience in design systems, interaction design, and motion/animation design. Preferred qualifications include: - Leadership experience in mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies in a product development environment. - Knowledge of modern prototyping and testing tools beyond the Adobe suite.
