Pls share profiles for the below Job Summary We are looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the design and execution of technology solutions across the Healthcare Payer practice. This role requires strong expertise in payer operations such as claims, enrollment, care management, interoperability, and population health, along with deep experience in solution architecture, data platforms, systems integration, and digital transformation . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Healthcare Payer programs. Design scalable and secure solutions across claims, member, provider, care management, and interoperability areas. Define architecture for data platforms, integrations, APIs, and cloud modernization initiatives. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, CMS, HL7, FHIR, and X12. Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into architecture and solution roadmaps. Provide technical leadership for digital transformation, modernization, and platform integration initiatives. Review solution designs and guide teams on architecture best practices, scalability, security, and performance. Support client discussions, solutioning, and strategic technology decisions. Required Experience 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong architecture background. 8+ years of experience in the Healthcare Payer domain. Strong knowledge of payer functions such as claims, enrollment, benefits, utilization management, care management, and population health. Experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, data solutions, and system integration. Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and modern data architecture. Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability and regulatory compliance.
