Transmission Senior Engineer Creo & Tractor Domain (6 8 Years Experience) Location: Noida Experience: 6 8 Years Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days) Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Transmission Senior Engineer with 6 8 years of experience in tractor or agricultural machinery domain and strong proficiency in Creo. The candidate will be responsible for design, development, and optimization of transmission systems ensuring performance, durability, and cost efficiency. Transmission Design & Development Design and develop transmission systems (gearbox, shafts, gears) using Creo Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings Perform gear calculations and tolerance analysis Develop BOM and engineering documentation Tractor Transmission Expertise Work on gearbox, differential, and final drive systems Design for rugged agricultural use conditions Support new product development and product upgrades Analysis & Validation Perform strength and durability analysis Support testing and validation activities Conduct root cause analysis for failures Manufacturing & Industrialization Ensure DFM and DFA compliance Coordinate with suppliers for gear manufacturing Support production and tooling development Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards Prepare documentation and validation reports Participate in design reviews and audits Required Skills Proficiency in Creo (mandatory) Strong knowledge of transmission systems and gear design Understanding of GD&T and manufacturing processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience 6 8 years relevant experience Experience in tractor or automotive domain preferred Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
