Key Responsibilities - Design and develop ServiceNow SecOps modules including: - Vulnerability Response (VR) - Security Incident Response (SIR) - Threat Intelligence (TI) - Configure and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. - Develop and maintain integrations with security tools such as: - Qualys - Tenable - Rapid7 - Microsoft Defender - CrowdStrike - Splunk - Sentinel - Automate vulnerability remediation processes and security incident management. - Configure CMDB, discovery, and service mapping integrations. - Develop scripts using JavaScript, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer. - Participate in solution design, requirement gathering, and technical documentation. - Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization. - Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. The role involves leading technical teams, engaging stakeholders, architecting enterprise-scale solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of SecOps initiatives.
