Thanks Job Type : FTE/CWR Job Description ServiceNow SecOps Developer Job Title: ServiceNow SecOps Developer Experience: 3 8 Years (depending on level) Role Summary We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SecOps Developer to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions. The candidate will work closely with cybersecurity, ITSM, CMDB, Vulnerability Management, and SOC teams to automate security workflows, improve incident response, and enhance organizational security posture. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop ServiceNow SecOps modules including: - Vulnerability Response (VR) - Security Incident Response (SIR) - Threat Intelligence (TI) - Configure and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. - Develop and maintain integrations with security tools such as: - Qualys - Tenable - Rapid7 - Microsoft Defender - CrowdStrike - Splunk - Sentinel - Automate vulnerability remediation processes and security incident management. - Configure CMDB, discovery, and service mapping integrations. - Develop scripts using JavaScript, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer. - Participate in solution design, requirement gathering, and technical documentation. - Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization. - Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. Required Skills - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules. - Strong knowledge of Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response. - Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer. - Knowledge of REST/API integrations. - Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and vulnerability management lifecycle. - Experience with CMDB and ITSM modules. Preferred Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Security Incident Response - CIS Vulnerability Response Job Description ServiceNow SecOps Lead Job Title: ServiceNow SecOps Lead / Technical Lead Experience: 8 15 Years (5+ years in ServiceNow) Role Summary The ServiceNow SecOps Lead will drive the design, implementation, and governance of Security Operations solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves leading technical teams, engaging stakeholders, architecting enterprise-scale solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of SecOps initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SecOps programs. - Define architecture, solution design, and integration strategies. - Act as the primary technical advisor for Security Operations capabilities. - Lead teams of developers, administrators, and consultants. - Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and governance checks. - Drive implementation of: - Security Incident Response (SIR) - Vulnerability Response (VR) - Threat Intelligence - Integrated Risk Management (IRM) integrations - Collaborate with Security, SOC, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teams. - Define roadmaps, release plans, and platform standards. - Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting. - Ensure best practices for scalability, security, compliance, and performance. - Support presales activities, effort estimation, and technical proposals. Required Skills - Deep expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture. - Experience integrating security tools, SIEMs, and vulnerability scanners. - Expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ATF, and CMDB. - Understanding of NIST, CIS, MITRE ATTCK, and vulnerability management processes. - Solid leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience managing Agile delivery teams. Preferred Certifications - ServiceNow CSA - ServiceNow CAD - CIS Security Incident Response - CIS Vulnerability Response - Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Preferred - ITIL Foundation Leadership Expectations - Technical leadership and mentoring. - Delivery ownership and governance. - Client-facing communication and solution presentation. - Resource planning and capability development. - Risk and issue management. Nice-to-Have - Experience with cloud security platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Knowledge of SOC operations and threat management. - Experience with GRC/IRM modules. - Exposure to DevSecOps and CI/CD integration.
