QA Technical Lead

Role Overview: You will be part of a highly dynamic, technically competent, and global Codebeamer R&D team at PTC. Your main responsibility will be to define test strategy, create test cases, develop and execute test scripts, and actively collaborate with the development team and product manager to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Define test strategy and scope of testing - Create well-documented test cases for New Feature and System Testing - Develop Test Plans and estimate efforts for testing - Execute test scripts and validate test results (manual and automated) - Define end-to-end scenarios using Real World datasets - Seek feedback from Customer Response Team and address testing gaps - Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and productivity - Help establish and improve an automated test environment for UI and non-UI testing - Contribute to performance testing and accessibility testing - Collaborate with developers and Product Manager to shape the product and deliver releases - Provide feedback on product quality, risks, and issues - Perform various quality assurance tasks - Test AI features using representative inputs to ensure robustness Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in Web UI manual and automation testing - Experience working with Agile methodologies and SDLC - Quick learner with Playwright Automation / Rest Assured knowledge - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Additional Company Details: At PTC, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world while collaborating with talented industry leaders.
