Senior UI Designer

As a designer at Publicis Sapient, you will be at the forefront of creative work, focusing on producing clean and meaningful designs. Your role will involve creating elegantly simple user experiences, with a strong emphasis on the 'Why' rather than the 'How'. You will be responsible for delivering user-centric solutions using design tools, guidelines, and ensuring proper accessibility standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end design of interfaces, managing the entire development process with proficiency in executing design systems and crafting detailed UI design style guides. - Conduct brand research, create brand architecture, conduct stakeholder interviews and user surveys, develop user personas, and perform competitor analysis to inform design strategies. - Evaluate and rationalize design solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's vision, business context, and project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Cultivate strong relationships and establish operational rhythms to efficiently implement cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed user experiences. - Demonstrate basic consulting skills to build trust and provide cohesive, customizable design recommendations to clients. - Apply creativity, consumer empathy, and business acumen in crafting user interfaces, offering insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams. - Actively pursue professional development by participating in educational opportunities, staying abreast of industry publications, and engaging in design seminars with a focus on effective storytelling. - Communicate clearly and exert a high degree of influence with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration. - Exhibit the ability to comprehend the requirements of various stakeholders and work collaboratively and autonomously to meet project objectives. Qualifications: - 7-12 years of experience in creating user interfaces for products and services. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Excellent team player with good communication skills. - Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles & techniques with hands-on experience in creating designs with an existing style guide. - Design Degree or a Diploma from a Design college (Graduation in any field is a must).
