Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 15 years of experience in HR Operations and HRIS management, with 4-5 years in a leadership role. - Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Betterworks, iCIMS, and new age automation tools. - Proven experience in AI/Automation driven HR solutions and digital transformation projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity. - Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations, and data privacy standards. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology; Master's degree preferred.
