Role Overview: Puma Energy, a global energy business, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across the organization. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of a secure CLM solution that meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions using DocuSign CLM for contract management - Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation - Customize DocuSign CLM workflows, templates, and rules to align with company's contract management policies - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for DocuSign CLM configurations and integrations - Conduct testing and debugging of DocuSign CLM solutions to ensure performance, security, and usability standards - Provide technical leadership in CLM projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements - Offer training and support to end-users for effective adoption of DocuSign CLM solutions - Develop, report, and monitor quality metrics for continuous improvement in processes - Manage end-to-end project delivery, from idea to implementation, ensuring seamless business change - Stay updated with the latest trends in contract management and suggest improvements for optimization Qualification Required: - Graduation/Masters in a related field from Tier 1 Institute - Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with DocuSign CLM's API and SDK - Project Management & Process Automation skills - DocuSign CLM Certification will be an add-on - Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices - Experience with system integration and data migration - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Additional Details: Puma Energy values individuals who are entrepreneurial, analytical, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
