System / Network Engineer

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in system administration, network management, and IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our trading systems and networks. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system availability and performance. Implement and manage network security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and trading operations. Collaborate with the development and trading teams to ensure the IT infrastructure supports the company s trading activities. Conduct regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning. Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related matters. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance the company s IT infrastructure. Requirements: Bachelors degree (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in system administration and network management. Strong understanding of network security and firewall configurations. Experience with server management (Linux/Windows), virtualization, and cloud technologies. Knowledge of disaster recovery and data backup procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Certifications such as CCNA,or similar are a plus.
