Design Architect/Senior Architect

You will be joining Pure Cube Design Studio as a Senior architect/designer in Hyderabad, India. Pure Cube Design Studio is a passionate design firm specializing in creating innovative and functional interior spaces for residential and commercial clients. As a Senior architect/designer, your role will involve assisting the Principal architect and designer in all phases of the design process, from initial client meetings to construction documentation. You will be expected to develop creative and functional design concepts for residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will also include producing high-quality 2D and 3D drawings, such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and renderings using design software like AutoCAD, Revit, etc. Additionally, you will be required to conduct research on design trends, materials, and building codes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Principal architect and designer in all phases of the design process - Develop creative and functional design concepts for residential and commercial projects - Produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings using design software - Conduct research on design trends, materials, and building codes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in an architectural or design firm (preferred) - Strong understanding of architectural principles, space planning, and building codes - Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. Please note that Civil Engineers are not eligible to apply for this position.
