About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Create detailed project plans, including site planning and execution strategies. Conduct regular progress tracking and monitoring to ensure timely completion of projects. Prepare insightful project reports and MIS using Advanced Excel . Coordinate with site teams to drive timely project execution. Monitor milestones, resources, and workforce planning. Review construction drawings and support project planning. Identify schedule risks and help keep projects on track. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in Planning Engineering (Construction Planning) or related field. Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials science, and engineering principles.
