About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to lead the development of farm machinery digitization solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in ECU development, PDLC, vehicle networking, KWP2K, UDS, and diagnostics in ECU validation. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement digital solutions for farm machinery to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop ECU systems. Conduct thorough testing and validation of ECU systems to ensure reliability and accuracy. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers on ECU development and diagnostics. Analyze data from various sources to identify areas for improvement in farm machinery operations. Develop and maintain technical documentation for ECU systems and related projects. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech). Minimum 4 years of experience in ECU development, PDLC, vehicle networking, KWP2K, UDS, and diagnostics in ECU validation. Strong knowledge of digital electronics, computer science, and software engineering principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to improve farm machinery operations.
