Artificial Intelligence / Tech Engineer ManagerInterpath is an international advisory business that leverages technology to solve complex business challenges. We are looking for a handson technical lead to head our AI function, design and build AI solutions, lead usecase pilots, and act as a technical SME for business teams. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and deploy AI solutions such as LLM agents, tools, copilots, and integrations, including planning and toolcalling, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation.Own endtoend delivery of priority use cases: scope, prototype, pilot, harden, and move to production.Provide technical expertise to business teams, translating problems into feasible solutions and mitigating risks.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data sources and MLOps pipelines, ensuring reliability, security, and costefficiency.Define technical standards, mentor junior engineers, and contribute reusable accelerators and patterns.Collaborate with the PMO Lead and AI Support on delivery tracking and stakeholder updates.Required Qualifications7+ years in software, ML or AI engineering with strong Python skills.Handson experience with LLM and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph), RAG and vector databases.Fullstack and/or ML engineering expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Proven track record of shipping production applications, agents or demos (GitHub portfolio preferred).Experience leading technical projects and engaging business stakeholders.Preferred or Desired ExperienceDeployment of production GenAI applications or agents.MLOps / LLMOps experience and teamlead experience.Domain knowledge in the target business area.Commercial acumen demonstrated by a postgraduate degree, MBA or equivalent professional certification.Technical Tools & PlatformsPython, LangGraph/LangChain, RAG & vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate).OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, FastAPI / Node, Docker.Cloud ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).Interpath does not accept unsolicited resumes from thirdparty recruiters. .
