As a Performance Testing- Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Guidewire software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to Guidewire software. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver value to clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to enhance their business applications, enabling them to achieve strategic objectives. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will apply your in-depth knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Responsibilities Conducting performance testing for Guidewire applications to optimize operational efficiency Analyzing client needs and implementing software solutions tailored to Guidewire software Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Guidewire applications Collaborating with clients to understand their strategic objectives and align solutions accordingly Utilizing automation and regression testing methodologies to enhance software quality Configuring Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications to meet client requirements Performing quality assurance testing to validate the functionality and reliability of software solutions Engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm software meets client expectations Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support ongoing project success What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Risk Management, Software App, Statistics At least one of the following: Guidewire Certified in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and /or ClaimCenter, SAFe, CSM Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite and ClaimCenter Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts Excelling in automation and regression testing methodologies Developing meaningful client connections in the insurance sector Navigating ambiguity with intellectual curiosity and learning agility The Opportunity Join our Acceleration Center India and help shape the future of business for our diverse client portfolio across geographies and jurisdictions.
