Power Bi Developer- Senior Associate

As a Data and Analytics professional, your role will involve utilizing your strong problem-solving and analytical skills to develop robust data models, relationships, and hierarchies. You will be responsible for cleaning and transforming data using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, and Azure Services for analysis. Your key responsibilities will include: - Translating business needs into technical specifications - Creating complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis - Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports - Designing, building, and deploying BI solutions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative AI solutions - Building and maintaining sturdy relationships with clients to understand their needs - Demonstrating awareness of Agile methodology, SDLC, and release planning - Utilizing technical and project management tools for efficient execution - Applying Data Analysis and Root Cause identification techniques - Demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence and client empathy In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be involved in the following activities: - Understanding requirements and developing solutions to deliver high-quality outcomes - Ensuring reporting solutions are ready on time with accurate metrics - Conducting data analysis and root cause analysis for reported issues - Translating stakeholder requirements into accurate BI charts/reports - Developing complex DAX calculations and measures with Role-Level Security (RLS) - Performing necessary actions to keep data reports up to date - Managing tickets and resolving critical issues within SLA - Collaborating with business analysis colleagues to address real-world problems - Developing solutions with a focus on quality, optimization, and automation - Coordinating and communicating with client teams - Tracking work request delivery and maintaining process documents - Developing and updating training materials and conducting training sessions as needed Qualifications required for this role include: - BE/B Tech/M Tech/ M Sc (Maths/ Stats) or equivalent from a premier institute - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Power BI developer This job will provide you with the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to drive impactful business decisions through data-driven insights.
