Senior Manager (Sr. Manager) - Service Delivery Leads

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in Cloud Managed Services Operations, your main responsibility will be to guide and direct the Data Center Infrastructure Solutions management team, coordinate various resources for project implementations, provide strategic direction for Data Center technologies, and participate in triage calls for major incidents. You will also be involved in researching and analyzing new technologies, participating in the Business Plan process, evaluating training needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies, and managing staff performance and development. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving technical designs, leading budget planning, hiring and retaining talent, maintaining staff training levels, and ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
