Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in supporting actuaries by analyzing data, building models, and providing insights to aid in life insurance pricing, reserving, and product development. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and maintenance of actuarial models, conducting statistical analysis, and preparing reports to summarize findings and insights. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new life insurance products, pricing and reserving processes, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist actuaries in building and maintaining actuarial models. - Conduct statistical analysis of life insurance data. - Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and insights. - Support the development of new life insurance products. - Contribute to pricing and reserving processes. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations. - Work collaboratively with other members of the actuarial team. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS). - Knowledge of actuarial principles and techniques. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Progress towards actuarial exams (e.g., ACIA, FIA).
