This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Implementation & Configuration - Design, customize, and configure the SAP PP module based on business requirements. - Facilitate workshops to gather and analyze business process requirements. - Develop functional specifications and test scripts. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing. - Support full-cycle SAP PP implementations including blueprinting, realization, and go-live. Support & Troubleshooting - Provide 1st and 2nd level SAP support for production planning issues. - Investigate and resolve system errors and user-reported problems. - Document resolutions and help desk documentation. Integration & Collaboration - Coordinate with other SAP module consultants (MM, SD, QM, FICO) for cross-functional integration. - Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and debugging. - Ensure proper data flow and integration with Product Costing and PLM systems. Training & Documentation - Conduct end-user training and create user manuals. - Document all configurations, processes, and updates. - Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
