About the Role Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), and some experience in Node JS and BPM is preferred to design and deliver enterprise-grade workflow automation and microservices-based applications. Responsibilities Strong expertise in developing scalable back-end services in Java/Spring Boot and integrate with BPM (BPMN, DMN) for process orchestration. Build and optimize microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems (Kafka preferred). Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications. Experience of integrating with SSO and OAuth identity providers. Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Experience working with one or more relational databases - MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB. REST API Development, ExpressJS, NestJS. Proficiency in designing REST APIs in microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design high-performance, scalable solutions. Good understanding of OOPS, SOLID and Event driven system design methodologies. Preferred BPM tool experience in Camunda. Mandatory skill sets Java Spring boot + Node JS Preferred skill sets Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
