Role Overview: As an Experienced Associate at PwC, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your main focus will be on utilising and managing Oracle suite of software and technologies within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions. In this role, you are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope, with a mindset of continuous learning and growth. Your contributions are crucial in delivering quality work that drives value for clients and success for the team. Key Responsibilities: - Possess at least 2 to 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud applications or ERP. - Demonstrate strong technical skills in OTBI Reporting, BIP Reporting, Hyperion FRS Reporting/Smart View in Oracle Fusion. - Well experienced in OIC and orchestrating complex integrations. - Proficient in writing SQL Queries and PLSQL Programming. - Experience in working on APEX/JCS/VBCS is preferable. - Expertise in using FBDI and ADFDI templates in Oracle. - Good Knowledge on Security and Roles in Oracle fusion including User Provisioning, Custom Role Creation, and identifying privileges. - Skilled in using Web-Services (SOAP/REST) to build interfaces, load or manage transactions. - Thorough understanding of Oracle Cloud Architecture, Standards, Table structure. - Good knowledge of Oracle processes - Financials/Procurement/SCM/Projects. - Proficient in Coding, Debugging, Design, and Documentation. - Ability to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification. - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients. - Familiarity with Oracle Analytics. - Mentor Junior resources within the team, conduct KSS and lessons learnt. - Flexible to work in stretch opportunities/assignments. - Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems. - Review Ticket Quality and deliverables. - Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management, and problem management. - Proficient in using tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice. - Seek and embrace opportunities that provide exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives. - Able to modify behavior to build quality relationships. - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. - Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration.
