AES Salesforce Developer-Senior Associate-Operate

Responsibilities - Designing and implementing integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms - Developing seamless data flow and process automation between Salesforce and other systems - Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting - Providing training and support for the integration and utilization of business applications - Collaborating with clients to achieve strategic objectives through tailored software solutions - Utilizing Salesforce customization and data architecture to enhance system integration - Conducting integration analysis to inform insights and recommendations - Applying analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and solve problems - Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements - Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder expectations effectively What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems - Experience as a Salesforce and Data developer. • Knowledge in Salesforce flows, Lightning components, APEX, SOQL, ETL migration tools, REST & SOAP web services. - Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills; Capable of leading team and client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics; • Handles client relationships, enabling effective communication; Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise; AES Salesforce Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst) - Operate • Participates in process and/or redesign efforts; - At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform DeveloperI - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Customization - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data for insights and recommendations - Excelling in integration architecture implementation and middleware development - Navigating complex business integrations with intellectual curiosity and learning agility - Building meaningful client connections through effective communication and teamwork
