As an AI Engineer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on developing innovative software solutions that enhance business performance and drive digital transformation for our clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. Responsibilities - Leading software engineering projects to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance - Designing, coding, and testing applications using Python, React Native, and Flutter to deliver exceptional user experiences - Managing application development and lifecycle management to optimize software solutions - Implementing microservices architecture to improve system scalability and reliability - Developing solution architecture and system software to support innovative product development - Overseeing software project management to confirm successful planning, budgeting, and execution - Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance - Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues - Validating professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct - Encouraging the use of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance delivery and inspire teams -Proven delivery of production full-stack systems (React + Python) and AI/ML or GenAI solutions -Strong architectural judgment across front-end, back-end, and LLM/agent orchestration -Deep familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, ReAct) and LLM orchestration -Experience with enterprise integrations, distributed systems, cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), containers/Kubernetes, and security best practices What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering - Excelling in application development and software design - Utilizing Python and scripting languages for innovative solutions - Managing software project lifecycles with Agile methodologies - Leading teams in microservices architecture and system development - Developing solutions with React Native and Flutter frameworks - Troubleshooting complex issues in software engineering environments Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference Want to unlock new value by applying your unique perspective and talents You can grow exponentially at PwC.
