As a Senior Associate in Agentic Automation at PwC, your role involves focusing on developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. You will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. In the emerging technology team at PwC, you will explore and implement cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the internet of things (IoT). Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and processes to optimize business operations and improve productivity. - Analyze existing manual processes using BPA and BPM principles to identify automation opportunities. - Develop and implement RPA-driven workflows using platforms like Power Automate and other automation tools to build end-to-end processes. - Integrate automation workflows with web applications, RESTful APIs, and backend systems. - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions. - Test, troubleshoot, and debug automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance. - Document automation processes, architecture, and best practices aligned with BPA, RPA, and BPM methodologies.
