About the role
8+ years of native Android development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. Deep proficiency in Kotlin; working knowledge of Java. Strong command of Android Jetpack (Compose, Navigation, Room, WorkManager, ViewModel, LiveData / Flow). Solid understanding of clean architecture, MVVM / MVI, and modularisation strategies. Experience with REST APIs, Retrofit, and reactive programming (Coroutines / RxJava). Proven track record of shipping consumer or enterprise apps to the Play Store. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar) and automated testing. Hands-on experience building AI-first projects using tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor, and Gemini. Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional agile teams. .
