Role Overview: As an Associate in the Data and Analytics Engineering team at PwC, you will focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Your role will involve transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis, as well as developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau - Work on end-to-end migration of dashboards and reports (Tableau to Power BI or vice versa) ensuring data integrity and consistency - Translate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations and meaningful business insights - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly reporting solutions - Optimize dashboard performance and enhance user experience through effective design principles - Implement data visualization best practices, including storytelling, accessibility, and usability - Integrate BI tools with cloud data sources such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Databricks - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports and dashboards - Support data modeling and transformation using Power Query, DAX, Tableau Prep, etc. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Data Visualization / BI development - Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau - Proven experience in dashboard/report migration projects (Power BI Tableau) - Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Tableau calculations (LOD expressions) - Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation - Good understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, measures) - Experience in connecting BI tools to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Databricks) - Strong understanding of data storytelling, UX/UI principles in dashboards - Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Additional Company Details: At PwC, you will be part of a vibrant community of solvers that leads with trust and creates distinctive outcomes for clients and communities.
