Responsibilities Leading data science initiatives to transform raw data into actionable insights for informed decision-making Guiding teams in the application of advanced analytics and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance business growth and performance Utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence tools to create predictive models and data visualizations Overseeing the design and development of robust data solutions, confirming data quality and integrity Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data utilization and innovation Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and develop their skills in data science and analytics Managing project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations and drive successful outcomes Encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies within data science teams Addressing challenges and conflicts with clients and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 8 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required Strong supply chain domain knowledge (inventory planning, demand forecasting, logistics) Well versed and hands-on experience of working on optimization methods like linear programming, mixed integer programming, scheduling optimization.
