Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and GenAI developers Secure successful project delivery while upholding quality standards Foster relationships with clients to enhance collaboration Inspire team members to achieve their peak performance Drive the implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions Identify and leverage opportunities for innovation in GenAI technologies Manage project timelines and resource allocation effectively Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 6 years of experience in technical/technology experience Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science Relevant certifications in data science or GenAI technologies Demonstrating leadership in managing and mentoring teams Excelling in programming with Python, R, or Scala Proficiency in machine learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch Architecting enterprise-grade GenAI solutions on Databricks Implementing data governance using Unity Catalog Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations Familiarity with LLM-backed agent frameworks
