About the role
Role Overview: You will be part of the Data Assurance and Risk Analytics practice in the Risk Consulting Services at PwC. Your role will involve assisting clients in developing analytics and technology solutions to detect, monitor, and predict risks. As a domain expert, you will utilize data analytics tools and technologies to help business leaders solve problems effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of the practice in areas such as Regulatory Reporting, Controls Automation, and Responsible AI within Financial Services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 10-20 members with a primary focus on growing the practice by understanding clients' businesses, building relationships, enhancing trust, and providing consultancy services while actively participating in the design and development of solutions. - Assist in the growth of the practice specifically in the Financial Services sector by creating tailored solutions for clients, focusing on key accounts, and providing support for RFPs. - Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, report to Executive Directors and Partners, enhance technical acumen, develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges, provide training, coaching, and supervision to staff, build internal relationships, and strengthen the PwC brand. Qualifications Required: - Possess 10-20 years of experience in Internal Risk and Controls, Regulatory Reporting, Control Automation, and Analytics within Financial Services. - Demonstrate expertise in data modelling/data warehousing in the Banking/Insurance sector, a strong understanding of Banking or Capital Markets Processes, and proficiency in tools such as Big data, SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI, or Tableau. - Showcase experience in Stakeholder management, project management, pursuits, effective communication, consulting for global clients, and designing high-end business-centric visualizations.
