As part of the Data and Analytics team you will develop and implement machine learning models that drive impactful GenAI projects. As a Associate 2, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify impactful opportunities, leveraging your knowledge to create innovative solutions that enhance operational capabilities and deliver strategic worth. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models for GenAI projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities

• Analyze data to inform model development and performance
• Mentor junior team members in machine learning techniques

• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively What You Must Have
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications
• Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG
• Proven experience in chatbot design and development
• Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Skilled in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C#
• Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies preferred
• Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred
