Role Overview: At PwC, as a Salesforce consulting generalist, you will specialize in consulting services for various business applications to help clients optimize their operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. With your broad range of consulting skills and experience, you will assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives by optimizing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the project team to understand requirements, user stories, and convert them into Test Scripts covering positive and negative scenarios - Analyze requirements, prepare a query list, and ask meaningful questions to yield more information for effective testing - Participate in Agile Scrum Meetings, Requirement discussions, and user story Walkthrough - Execute Test Scripts, record and share Test Results with internal and external teams - Create and execute User Acceptance Test Scripts, perform Manual testing, and have functional knowledge around Automation testing - Support test creation and execution for various testing phases including Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Load Regression Testing, and Sanity Testing - Work on test management tools like JIRA and ALM - Communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical teams effectively - Test related Web and Mobile Technologies - Liaise with Development team leads to identify and clarify potential challenges in functionality - Ensure Delivery standards and practices are followed - Keep certifications up to date, including Salesforce Administrator and other relevant certifications - Stay up to date with technical trends and obtain relevant certifications on Salesforce and other tools as agreed with your line manager Qualifications Required: - 7-9 years of experience - B Tech or B E degree in Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology - Mandatory skill sets include Salesforce and Quality Assurance (QA) - Preferred skill sets include Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Coaching and Feedback, Communication, and more (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description) Role Overview: At PwC, as a Salesforce consulting generalist, you will specialize in consulting services for various business applications to help clients optimize their operational efficiency.
