Role Overview Were looking for a MuleSoft Technical Lead who can architect and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions. This role demands deep expertise in MuleSoft, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable integration designs. Youll be responsible for leading solution design, reviewing code, building POCs, and ensuring governance across the integration lifecycle. Youll also work closely with cross-functional teams to document solutions in Confluence, write Jira features, and create story maps that drive clarity and execution. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end solution design for MuleSoft-based integrations - Create high-level and low-level design documents with clear data flow, error handling, and security considerations - Build reusable assets and frameworks to accelerate delivery - Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization - Review code for quality, scalability, and compliance with design - Build proof-of-concepts to validate new approaches or technologies Required Skills & Experience - 6+ years in the Integration domain, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager) - Robust understanding of integration patterns, API-led connectivity, and microservices architecture - MuleSoft certifications (Architect MCIA/MCPA) - Experience with RAML, DataWeave, and MuleSoft connectors - Solid grasp of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, TLS), error handling, and logging strategies - Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.) - Experience writing technical documentation in Confluence - Proficient in Jira feature writing, story mapping, backlog grooming - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have - Experience with other integration platforms (Dell Boomi, Apigee, etc.) - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Experience in managing offshore/onsite teams What Success Looks Like - You design solutions that are scalable, secure, and easy to maintain - You proactively identify risks and resolve technical challenges - Your documentation is clear, concise, and actionable - You elevate the teams technical capabilities through mentorship and code reviews - You ensure delivery stays aligned with business goals and timelines Preferred candidate profile Immediate joiners from Mumbai Role Overview Were looking for a MuleSoft Technical Lead who can architect and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions.
