Job Title: OCI (Senior Associate/ Manager) Experience: 4 to 10 years Job Location: Mumbai Notice period: Immediate to 30 days Job type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements to drive data solutions. - Lead the migration and integration of data from legacy systems like SAP, ERP, etc. to OCI. - Develop data models, metadata management, and data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms. - Implement data security and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. - Optimize data workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency and performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the data architecture is forward-looking and competitive. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex data issues, providing technical guidance and support to the team. - Mentor and train junior data team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 8-10 years (4 to 7 yrs) of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or data management. - Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its suite of services. - Robust expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and database design. - Have strong experience in working with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), ODI, Oracle Data Flow, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Catalog, Oracle Big Data Service, OCI Streaming. - Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. - Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ab .
