Operations Engineer - Palantir Foundry

Responsibilities -Administer Palantir's Foundry instance and manage support processes -Build and maintain data pipelines for operational excellence -Develop in-house software platforms to refine support ticket assignments -Create visualizations of financial data for internal stakeholders -Monitor system performance and generate alerts for deviations -Deliver exceptional features and enhancements to the platform -Collaborate with stakeholders to improve deployment ecosystems -Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvements What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's & Master's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering - Demonstrating proficiency in data science workflows and algorithms - Utilizing machine learning and deep learning techniques effectively - Excelling in complex data analysis and predictive modeling - Leveraging programming languages such as Python, R, and MATLAB - Applying data engineering skills to manage data pipelines and quality - Navigating ambiguity while building meaningful client relationships
