Job Role : Senior Associate Experience range : 5- 10 years Job Location : Bangalore/ /Hyderabad /Pune/Gurugram/Chennai Shift - Flexible including UK(2Pm to 11Pm) Work Mode - Hybrid Role & responsibilities Strong technical skills around OIC,HCM Integration . Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL and HSDL), Page Personalization/Customization , OTBI Reporting, BIP Reporting in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Cloud BI Publisher ). Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Architecture, Standards, Data Models and Table structures . Should have very good knowledge of Coding, Debugging and Design and Documentation. Good Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL. Experience in HDL templates in Oracle. Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification. Good communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients. Good understanding of the functional flow HCM Projects. Nice to have APEX/JCS/VBCS as an addition. Collaborate effectively with others. Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise. Handle/analyze data and information responsibly.
