About the role
Responsibilities: Analyze client requirements and implement Oracle solutions. Manage Oracle product installation, configuration, and administration. Develop and support Oracle ADF and BI Publisher applications. Utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for business application integration. Drive process improvements and business transformation initiatives. Provide client training and technical support. Collaborate with teams to solve business challenges and define technology strategies. Analyze data and deliver actionable insights. Ensure compliance with professional and technical standards. Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions. Must Have: HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, OIC, and HCM APIs Bachelor's degree 4.5+ years of experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
