Job Description OracleHCMTechnical Consultant Role - Sr. Associate 1. Overall experience of 5 to 10 years. Minimum 3 Yrs. of Relevant Experience in cloudHCM 2. Candidates MUST have a strong HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader & SQL Knowledge 3. Candidates must have developed at least 10 to 12 integrations / Reports / Fast Formula (Real time project). 4. Candidates must have a good knowledge on how conversion works inHCMModules. 5. Candidates must have a good experience in working with client / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and provide the right solutions. 6. Technical support and development forOracleCloudHCMintegration and reports covering modules like Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, Comp, Performance, Taleo etc. Additional qualifications: Good knowledge ofOracleprocesses aroundOracleHCMmodules/applications Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements and mapping those requirements toOraclecloud functionality Client-facing experience Good general IT skills Excellent Communication both verbal & Written. Professional and Educational Background: Any Graduation or Post Graduation Responsibilities Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and reports Analyze client requirements to develop productive solutions Mentor junior team members to build their technical skills Confirm delivery of solutions that align with business needs Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance project effectiveness Utilize critical thinking to solve technical challenges Monitor performance of implemented solutions for continuous improvement Uphold professional standards in every technical deliverable. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Bachelor's Degree or higher Skilled in HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader & SQL Developing integrations, reports, and Fast Formula Understanding HCM module conversion processes Collaborating with clients to identify business needs Providing technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Demonstrating client-facing experience Excelling in communication, both verbal and written Possessing general IT skills
