Release & Deployment Manager

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 47 years of IT operations or managed services experience, with at least 2 years in a Release Management or Configuration Management role. Experience coordinating complex release schedules across multiple infrastructure teams. Demonstrated ability to maintain CMDB accuracy and track CI lifecycle changes in ServiceNow. Technical & Process Skills Working knowledge of ITIL-aligned release, deployment, and configuration management processes. Hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM platforms and CMDB tools, particularly ServiceNow. Strong organizational and documentation skills for release plans, CMDB records, and governance reports.
