As a SAP - Basis Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within our organization, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

• Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies to optimize operational efficiency

• Managing client support and engagement workstreams, confirming seamless integration and utilization of business applications

• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to achieve strategic objectives

• Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution to enhance delivery and embrace innovation

• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to drive business transformation and process optimization

• Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zone

• Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to uphold professional standards

• Reviewing work as an opportunity to deepen team members' skills and encourage continuous learning

• Validating project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to maintain quality and timelines

• Promoting service excellence and relationship building within the SAP technology domain

• What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree

• At least 4 years of experience

• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials

• Excelling in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori

• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation

• Demonstrating strategic technology planning and process optimization

• Embracing change and innovation in client support environments

• Developing skills in SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA
