Responsibilities - Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes - Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored software solutions to enhance operational efficiency - Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications - Collaborating with clients to improve financial reporting and achieve strategic objectives - Managing large-scale projects and guiding teams through complex problem-solving scenarios - Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial challenges and opportunities - Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions - Directing teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure - Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams - Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to enhance team effectiveness - Making informed decisions to resolve issues impacting team performance - Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards within the firm - Utilizing financial management software to support budgeting and forecasting activities - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights to clients - Presenting financial reports and advising clients on financial planning and risk management strategies What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 12 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments - Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO - Utilizing financial transformation strategies to drive business improvements - Excelling in financial reporting and analytics within SAP environments - Leading teams through complex financial system implementations - Applying strategic questioning to uncover financial opportunities and challenges
