As a Senior Associate in the Advisory department at PwC, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end business analysis, including requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories). - Working directly with multinational stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into actionable insights, and support solution design. - Applying structured Big 4grade consulting methodologies to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. - Conducting data analysis, KPI tracking, and business performance reviews across functions such as operations, finance, customer experience, supply chain, or technology. - Collaborating with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams for system enhancements, integrations, testing, and rollout support. - Ensuring solutions comply with relevant governance, risk, audit, and financial controls. - Facilitating workshops, stakeholder reviews, and change management activities. - Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to standardizing BA practices and templates. You should have: - Proven experience working with multinational clients and senior business stakeholders. - Background in Big 4 consulting or structured consulting environments is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, customer journeys, or product lifecycle management. - Hands-on experience with documentation tools, process modeling (BPMN), and analytics (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL preferred). - Excellent communication, requirements elicitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models. Mandatory skill set: - Enterprise level Agile experience Preferred skill set: - Certification in PSM/PMI ACP/ICP ACC or any other globally accepted Agile/Scrum certifications desirable Years of experience required: - 712 years of BA experience across general industries; preference for finance/banking/financial operations Education Qualification: - BE/BTech /MBA In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.
