In this role at PwC, you will focus on leveraging data to drive insights and support clients in making informed business decisions. Your responsibilities will include utilizing advanced analytics techniques to optimize operations and help clients achieve their strategic goals. You will specifically focus on extracting insights from large datasets using skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders. - Convert requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. - Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows and business rules. - Document end-to-end process flows, including exceptions and dependencies. - Act as a functional bridge between Business and Engineering, ensuring shared understanding. - Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement sessions. - Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements, validating test scenarios, and assisting during UAT. - Utilize AI-assisted tools for drafting and refining requirements, summarizing inputs, identifying gaps, impacts, and patterns, and finalizing outputs. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills and structured thinking. - Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, requirement elicitation, documentation, and workflow modeling. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's in Engineering, or MCA. - 4-6 years of relevant experience.
