Senior Associate - Business System Analyst - Data and Analytics - Advisory - Bangalore

You will specifically focus on extracting insights from large datasets using skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders. - Convert requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. - Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows and business rules. - Document end-to-end process flows, including exceptions and dependencies. - Act as a functional bridge between Business and Engineering, ensuring shared understanding. - Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement sessions. - Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements, validating test scenarios, and assisting during UAT. - Utilize AI-assisted tools for drafting and refining requirements, summarizing inputs, identifying gaps, impacts, and patterns, and finalizing outputs. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills and structured thinking. - Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, requirement elicitation, documentation, and workflow modeling. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's in Engineering, or MCA. - 4-6 years of relevant experience.
