Role Overview: As a Senior Associate in the Data and Analytics services at PwC, you will have the opportunity to assist organisations in uncovering enterprise insights and driving business results through smarter data analytics. Your focus will be on utilising various organisational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance, to help clients drive innovation, growth, and change within their organisations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality frameworks, policies, and processes - Ensure a good knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to Data Management such as BCBS239, GDPR, and CCPA - Manage data lineage tools and visualizations to track data movement and transformations across systems - Possess strong skills in data quality management and hands-on experience with data quality tools and techniques - Understand and work on other Data Management aspects like Master Data Management, Data Privacy, and Security - Utilize the Data Governance tool Collibra, including designing and implementing operating models in DGC and scanning different sources with Collibra Catalog connectors - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Experience in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile - Collaborate as part of a global team with senior stakeholders in Steering Committee, DG & DQ Forums & Working Groups to understand and resolve data issues - Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data governance challenges Qualifications Required: - Mandatory skill sets in Techno-functional Data Governance/Data Quality - Preferred skill sets in Techno-functional Data Governance/Data Quality - 4-7 years of experience in the field - Education qualification in BTech/MBA/MCA - Bachelor of Engineering degree is required About PwC: At PwC, you will be part of a vibrant community that leads with trust and focuses on creating distinctive outcomes for clients and communities.
